This lovely lower fully furnished garden suite in the Hillside/Oaklands area is located in a peaceful neighbourhood next to the Oaklands School, near the Royal Jubilee Hospital, and Hillside Mall. Direct bus routes are nearby to downtown, University of Victoria and Camosun College or enjoy a short 10 minute or less drive to each. One bedroom has a comfy pillow-top luxurious queen mattress, one bedroom has a cozy double mattress and the living room has a new comfortable queen sofa bed. All have new, high quality pure cotton linens, and the bathroom has plush new towels. The suite is fully furnished and includes all utilities including TV and high-speed internet. The private back yard has a sunny, private, south facing patio with table and chairs, a sun umbrella, and your own BBQ. A lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee! Private off road parking is available for 2 cars. The suite sleeps up to 3 couples comfortably.
