WANTED: Performance Saliboat 25' - 30' in Bowen Island, British Columbia for sale

I am currently shopping for my next boat. I am looking for a well performing boat in the 25' to 30' range but a little outside that range might be considered. Primary use will be daysailing with an occasional overnight or long weekend cruise. Accommodations are not a major priority
What I want is a simple boat with good deck space, preferably tiller steered, preferably diesel but outboard is not a deal killer. Glass or composite. Scruffy is O/K as long as the price reflects it. No major projects though - I've replaced all the bulkheads I want to - ever.
Examples of possibles - Haida, J/29, Chaser 29 or other old IOR 1/2 tonners, Kirby 25 or 30, C&C 27 Mk V (only Mk V), MORC designs (if there are any around) and so forth.
