Toro, Suzuki engine, 3-speed RWD, blade-brake clutch, aluminum deck in Bowen Island, British Columbia for sale

Toro model #26623 serial #1000431. 
The 3-speed rear wheel drive (yay, no belts!) works perfectly, as does the blade brake clutch engagement. (Leave the engine running on low RPM while emptying the bag.) The Suzuki engine is built like a workhorse, strong and compression is good (5 Horsepower). The 21-inch deck is aluminum (rust free) but there are 2 small cracks in it (see pic). I got the mower with those small cracks, have used the mower for several seasons, and the cracks have not gotten any worse. The mower is designed well: The carb has a lean/rich adjustment screw, the air filter can be re-used after cleaning, and the throttle positioning screws are handy for making adjustments. I have a small yard and do not require this heavier mower with rear wheel drive so I purchased a lighter weight mower. Located near Cedar Hill Rec. Center.
