Hi all, I am subletting my room for the month of April. This room is in a basement/garden suite. The suite has two rooms and one of them is available.
- 550 everything included ( water, electricity, internet, heat and etc.)
- 12 mins bus ride to Uvic, 15 min with a bicycle.
- The place is in front of the hillside mall so there are many things available around within 2 minutes.
- 15 mins to downtown with bus #4.
- The room has a 5 drawer dresser, a desk with 6 drawers, a full-size bed, a small 3 drawer plastic organizer and an oil filled radiator(for extra heating if needed).
- The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dishwasher.
- In-suite washer-dryer.
- Large and nice bathroom.
- The only thing that you won't be able to use is the closet in the room. It will be full but I guess the dresser and the desk's drawers would be enough for a month.
