Hello! This is a very charming and comfortable 2 bedroom suite for rent in Cedar Hill area. It has its own entrance, bath with shower, 8 ft ceilings, and large closets. There is also an outdoor covered patio area for sitting outside in the summer.
It has a fridge, stove/oven, in-suite washing machine and dryer, microwave, and dishwasher.
Rent includes hot water, electricity, and recycling/garbage pickup.
Suite is very close to Cedar Hill Rec Centre (5 min walk), a local grocery store, Hillside mall (12 min walk / 4 min drive), and on major bus routes.
I am looking for someone who is clean, a non-smoker, with no pets, and has 1 vehicle only as there is not parking for 2 vehicles (i.e. no street parking available) in this area.
