About a 10-minute walk from the Gordon Head Recreation Centre, nearby Starbucks, Subway, Domino's, Hot House Pizza, and 7-Eleven. There is a bus stop the end of the street for the number 28, and 39 bus. 15-minute bus ride, or biking, to UVic. A short two or three minute walk away, and there is another stop on Cedar Hill Road for the number 12. In the other direction, you are a 15 ~ 20 minute walking distance from the foot of Mount Douglas Park.
We are quite firm with the 'no pet' policy as one of the family members has a slight cat/dog allergy.
Separate front door entrance, and with ample space for four chairs and a table with additional space to spare. Driveway parking space is available. There is also separate, in-suite, washer and dryer.
Previous tenants had used Telus/Shaw phone/internet, so all the connections and wiring are there; just need to Telus or Shaw technicians to come set things up.
